Hotel Indigo Charleston - Mount Pleasant, an IHG Hotel

Lunch was ok. The service for food orders at the restaurant on location took extremely too long. Drinks were very well made. I had the best Gimlet made by the bartender. The gym was very nice and well equipped. One of the Peloton bike did not connect to the software and the 2nd bike could not be adjusted due to broken or wore out hardware.

We had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect near the beach and Charleston. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean. The pool area was outstanding. The food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I liked everything about your hotel. Most everyone was super friendly and hospitable and the pool yard was nothing less than fantastic. It was a resort feeling for sure.

The service was exceptional. It was our 35th anniversary. Ricky and the front desk staff (Tonya and Zak) made us feel so welcome! They placed chocolate covered strawberries in our room upon arrival. We had an issue with a faucet in the bathroom and DJ the engineer arranged for a room change for us and upgraded our room . Everyone was fantastic and sorry we don't remember everyone's name , but will remember the hospitality that they gave to us.

Everything- beautiful exterior, pool, landscaping, interior well-appointed, soothing to the eyes, clean, etc. We had several meals there- all very good. We enjoyed the live music from 6-9pm on Saturday night! Guitar player was talented. Nice selection of songs. Pool was wonderful. Love how area is lined with palm trees. Our room was spacious and beds were great.
